Workshop on Matlab

Two Days workshop on Matlab was organized by the department. Speakers were Dr. Trilok Mathur, Dr. Shivi Agarwal and Dr. Rakhee from BITS, PILANI.

First Day Dr. Mathur Demonstrate Strating Matlab, Mathematical Operations, Matrices and determinants, Linear Algebra and plotting of Graphs. Topics related to Solving differential Equations of First Order and First digree & Partial differential Equations Toolbox in Matlab illustrated by Dr. Rakhee.

On Second Day Presentation on Optimization toolbox, Statistical toolbox and curve fitting toolbox was given by Dr. Shivi.

It was attented by all the P.G. students and faculty members of Mathematics, Physics , Computer Science and Statistics Department. The WorkShop were quite informative and will prove beneficial for the students and faculty members.
