CO 117: Solve the linear problems mathematically and obtain the optimum solution.

 

 

 

CO 118: Apply basic concepts of mathematics to formulate an optimization problem through various methods.

 

CO 119: Solve the problems based on game theory.

  1. Linear Programming Problem: Graphical Method, Simplex Method (Big M and Two Phase), Duality in L.P.P, .Degeneracy in L.P.P.
  2. Transportation Problem: North-West Corner Rule, Least- Cost Method, Vogel’s Approximation Method.
  3. Assignment Problem.
  4. Problems based on Game Theory: two persons zero sum game.
  5. Problem based on Inventory Theory

 

 Note: Practical exercises will be conducted on the computer by using MS-Excel.
