1) Preparation of the frequency table by using exclusive and inclusive method of classification for continuous/discrete variables.

 

2) Graphical representation of data by:

a) Histogram

3) Diagrammatic presentation of data by: One Dimensional Diagram (Simple-Bar, Multiple-Bar and Divided) and Pie- diagram.
