A guest lecture was organized by the department of Statistics on 25nd August 2016. The honorable guest was Dr. Pooja Choraria, Lecturer, SS Jain Subodh PG College, Jaipur.  The guest lecture began with welcome address by student of Statistics department. Meghal Sharma introduced and welcomed Dr. Pooja Choraria, resource person to deliver the lecture.
Ma’am enlightened the students about the importance of Statistics and the Statistical softwares like SPSS, R, STATA, MTSTAT, etc. She also gave some practical examples where the softwares are being used. The session was ended with the heartily thankful speech delivered by student in association for taking the time to educate the students.
